Technique

  1. Stand with feet together, and align the knees over the ankles, hips over knees and shoulders over hips.
  2. Gaze straight ahead.
  3. Turn the palms to face forward.

Form tips

  1. Release any tension from the shoulders, neck and jaw.
  2. Keep the legs active.
  3. Reach actively through the fingertips.
