Technique
- Stand with feet together, and align the knees over the ankles, hips over knees and shoulders over hips.
- Gaze straight ahead.
- Turn the palms to face forward.

- Release any tension from the shoulders, neck and jaw.
- Keep the legs active.
- Reach actively through the fingertips.
