Technique

  1. Start in a Plank position and bring one foot forward to the take the place the hand on the same side.
  2. Bring your free elbow down to the ground to a place between your foot and your hand.
  3. Repeat a few times before switching to the other side.

Form tips

  1. Keep the back leg straight.
