Technique

  1. Hold a kettlebell with your palm facing down and your forearm horizontal.
  2. Rotate your forearm on its axis to bring the weight on top of your hand.
  3. Go to the end of your range of motion, then rotate the weight back to the starting position with control.

Form tips

  1. Do not lift your upper arm and don't move your elbow: focus on your forearm rotation.
