Technique
- Hold a kettlebell with your palm facing up and your forearm horizontal.
- Rotate your forearm on its axis to bring the weight above your hand.
- Go to the end of your range of motion, then rotate the weight back to the starting position with control.
Form tips
- Do not lift your upper arm and don't move your elbow: focus on your forearm rotation.
