Technique

  1. Hold a kettlebell with your palm facing up and your forearm horizontal.
  2. Rotate your forearm on its axis to bring the weight above your hand.
  3. Go to the end of your range of motion, then rotate the weight back to the starting position with control.

Form tips

  1. Do not lift your upper arm and don't move your elbow: focus on your forearm rotation.
