Technique

  1. Lie on your side on the ground, with the arms down alongside your body.
  2. Lift your legs up and crunch the side of your body to lift your upper torso off the ground.
  3. Balance in that position, with your hip and the side of your lower trunk touching the ground, as well as your lower arm.
