Technique

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Place your hands on your hips or hold onto a support for balance if needed.
  3. Initiate the movement by leaning forward slightly to push your hips back.
  4. From there, push your hips to the side, then forward, then to the other side and so on, in a circular motion.
  5. Also train the other direction.
