Technique

  1. Perform a Goblet squat , holding a weight at chest level.
  2. As you stand up, use the momentum to press the weight overhead.
  3. Lower the weight back to your chest and repeat.

Form tips

  1. Keep the weight close to your chest during the squat.
  2. Do not let your lower back arch when pressing overhead.
