Technique

  1. Stand by a box 12-24 inches (30-60 cm) high.
  2. Place one hand near the edge of the box and plant your elbow into your Abs , somewhere between the belly button and the hips, slightly to the side.
  3. Shift all your weight onto this hand and slowly lift your legs up until your whole body is parallel to the floor.
