Technique
- Stand by a box 12-24 inches (30-60 cm) high.
- Place one hand near the edge of the box and plant your elbow into your Abs , somewhere between the belly button and the hips, slightly to the side.
- Shift all your weight onto this hand and slowly lift your legs up until your whole body is parallel to the floor.
