Technique
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
- Raise your straight arms out to the sides in a large arc, palms facing forward.
- Continue the movement until the dumbbells meet overhead.
- Slowly lower them back to the starting position.
Form tips
- Maintain a neutral spine and engage your core to avoid arching your back.
- Keep the motion slow and controlled.
