Technique

  1. Lie on the ground, facing up, with a sturdy object near your head, which you grip with both hands.
  2. Engage your Abs , pull on your hands and hinge at the shoulders to lift your whole body straight up, until it is vertical (or nearly vertical).
  3. Then lower yourself back down with control and repeat.

Form tips

  1. Keep your Abs engaged at all times and a slightly Hollow body .
  2. Keep your legs together and fully straight.
