Technique

  1. Lie on supine on the ground with arms extended overhead and feet together
  2. Perform a crunch by lifting your arms, upper back and legs off the ground into a Hollow body position
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat.

Form tips

  1. Keep your spine still at all times.
  2. Do not crane your neck forward.
