Butt balancing one-leg out

Technique

  1. Balance on your buttocks on the ground.
  2. Reach between your legs with your arms and grab the outside of each foot with each hand.
  3. Extend one leg up to the side (about 45 degrees with the ground) until it is fully straight.
  4. Hold that position for time.
  5. Go back to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.

Form tips

  1. Keep your back straight.
