Butt balancing one-leg out

Technique
- Balance on your buttocks on the ground.
- Reach between your legs with your arms and grab the outside of each foot with each hand.
- Extend one leg up to the side (about 45 degrees with the ground) until it is fully straight.
- Hold that position for time.
- Go back to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
Form tips
- Keep your back straight.
