Technique

  1. Stand on one leg and bend at the knee as far as your flexibility allows, while keeping the chest upright.
  2. Lift your heel off the ground to get on the ball of your foot, while keeping the angle at the knee and hip.
  3. Slowly come back down to the starting position.
