Technique
Hold on to a support for balance.
Stand on one leg and swing the other leg up in front of you.
Form tips
Start with a small range of motion, then as you muscles get warmer, increase the height to which you swing the front leg to gradually reach your current maximum range of motion.
Aim to keep your legs straight.
