Inside kick (Inward crescent kick)

Technique

  1. Stand up and bring your guard up (elbows bent and close to your body, hands in front of your face).
  2. Stagger your legs to have your working leg at the back.
  3. Swing the back leg to describe an arch that goes from the outside towards the inside of your body centerline.
  4. Come back to the starting position and repeat for as many repetitions as desired, then switch to the other side.

Form tips

  1. Imagine a target in front of you, that you would have to hit sideways with the inside of your foot.
