Technique

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and perform large vertical circles with your straight arms.
  2. Try to go far behind with your arms.
  3. Perform rotations both forward and backward; each rotation counts as one repetition.

Form tips

  1. Maintain a relaxed but engaged posture throughout the exercise.
  2. Keep your core muscles lightly engaged and avoid arching your back.
