Technique

  1. Lie face down on the ground, with the legs extended and the arms straight overhead.
  2. Contract your lower back to lift your chest, arms, legs and thighs off the ground. Only your belly should touch the ground.
  3. The whole body is tight and forms a nice crescent shape.
  4. Hold that position for time.
