Technique
- Place your hands on the floor shoulderwidth apart, directly below your shoulders, with one hand on a raised platform.
- Slowly lower yourself down past the raised platform and go as low as your flexibility allows.
- Pause and then smoothly raise yourself back to the starting position.
- Using an unstable platform, like a ball, makes the exercise harder.

- Make sure to distribute the load evenly between your hands.
