Technique

  1. Place your hands on the floor shoulderwidth apart, directly below your shoulders, with one hand on a raised platform.
  2. Slowly lower yourself down past the raised platform and go as low as your flexibility allows.
  3. Pause and then smoothly raise yourself back to the starting position.
  4. Using an unstable platform, like a ball, makes the exercise harder.

Form tips

  1. Make sure to distribute the load evenly between your hands.
