Technique

  1. Start in a relaxed Table top position, with your fingers pointing back.
  2. While keeping your feet flat on the ground, shift your weight to one arm, lift your hips up and point the other arm upward.
  3. Aim to have your hips higher than your knees and to form a straight line with your arms and shoulders.
