Technique

  1. From a Plank position, lower yourself down until your chest lightly touches the floor.
  2. From the bottom position, push yourself up as explosively as possible.
  3. You will need enough explosiveness to get your hands and feet off the ground and quickly reach up overhead with your arms and return them to their initial position before your body falls back down.

Form tips

  1. Aim to have your whole body parallel to the floor at the top position when your are airborne.
