Technique

  1. Perform a standard Straddle pushup . The wider your legs open, the more weight is shifted from your hands to your feet, thus making the exercise easier.
  2. From the bottom position, push yourself up as explosively as possible.
  3. You will need enough speed to get your whole body off the ground (hands and feet), so that your are airborne for a fraction of a second.
