Technique

  1. Lean back on a Stability ball placed between your back and the wall.
  2. Bend your knees to squat all the way down, until your thighs are compressed against your lower legs.
  3. Raise yourself back to a standing position.

Form tips

  1. Your knees should travel forward in line with your toes.
