Technique

  1. Lie on your back and squeeze a Stability ball between your feet.
  2. Engage your Abs to lift your shoulders off the ground and let your legs hover slightly above the ground.
  3. Place your hands near your head and open your arms wide to the sides.
  4. Tuck one leg and twist your torso to touch your knee with the opposite elbow.
  5. Repeat on the other side and keep alternating.

Form tips

  1. Keep your head neutral: do not crane your neck forward.
  2. Aim to be in contact with the ground with only your lower back to create additional Abs engagement.
