Technique
- Lie on your back and squeeze a Stability ball between your feet.
- Engage your Abs to lift your shoulders off the ground and let your legs hover slightly above the ground.
- Place your hands near your head and open your arms wide to the sides.
- Tuck one leg and twist your torso to touch your knee with the opposite elbow.
- Repeat on the other side and keep alternating.
Form tips
- Keep your head neutral: do not crane your neck forward.
- Aim to be in contact with the ground with only your lower back to create additional Abs engagement.
