Technique
- Stand on the ball of your foot on a ledge.
- Slowly descend your heel is as low as it can go and pause at the bottom.
- Smoothly drive he heel up as high as it will go, until you are on your tiptoes and pause at the top.
- Hold onto something for support or hold your palms against the wall for balance (but don't use the support to put less weight on your foot).
