Technique
- From a standing position take a small step forward with the working leg, the back foot slightly turned out.
- Hinge at the hip to lean your torso forward
- Go as low as the flexibility of your front leg allows, then return to upright engaging the glutes and hamstrings.
Form tips
- Keep your back straight and avoid rounding the spine during the hinge.
- The back leg is only for balance and support
