Technique

  1. Assume a Plank position with straight arms.
  2. Rotate your hands 180 degrees so that your fingers point back toward your feet.
  3. Hold this isometric position with your body in a straight line.

Form tips

  1. Do not let your back arch; maintain a posterior Pelvic tilt .
  2. Push your shoulders away from your ears.
