Technique

  1. Stand up and walk your feet out to a position close to your maximum range of motion.
  2. When reaching the desired working position, place your torso upright.
  3. Activate your inner thighs by pushing the feet into the ground, as if your were trying to make them slide back in.

Form tips

  1. The legs should be straight or slightly bent.
