Technique

  1. Lie on the ground face up, with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Cross one ankle on the opposite thigh near the knee.
  3. Grab the supporting knee to draw it towards the chest.
  4. You should feel the stretch in the buttock of the crossed leg.
