Technique
- Start in a lunge and slide your front foot forward and your back foot backward.
- Lower your hips toward the ground until both legs are fully extended in opposite directions.
- Hold the position while breathing deeply.
Form tips
- Keep your hips square to the front; do not let them rotate to the side.
- Maintain an upright torso.
Risks
- Avoid forcing the position to prevent muscle tears.
