Technique
- Lying on your back, bend your knees and lift both legs so your thighs are perpendicular to the floor.
- Rotate your legs in a circular motion, similar to the movement of egg beaters, using your hip joints as the pivot point.
- With your feet, perform alternating circles.
- Perform in both directions.

- Keep your core and hips engaged to stabilize your pelvis and lower back.
