Technique

  1. Lying on your back, bend your knees and lift both legs so your thighs are perpendicular to the floor.
  2. Rotate your legs in a circular motion, similar to the movement of egg beaters, using your hip joints as the pivot point.
  3. With your feet, perform alternating circles.
  4. Perform in both directions.

  1. Keep your core and hips engaged to stabilize your pelvis and lower back.
