Technique
- Partners stand facing each other with toes almost in contact ( Double squat )
- Grip one hand diagonally (right hand with right hand)
- Both squat down simultaneously, using the shared grip for balance.
- Reach down and touch the floor with the free hand at the bottom of the movement.
Form tips
- Twist the torso slightly to reach the ground without rounding the spine.
