Technique

  1. Partners stand facing each other with toes almost in contact ( Double squat )
  2. Grip one hand diagonally (right hand with right hand)
  3. Both squat down simultaneously, using the shared grip for balance.
  4. Reach down and touch the floor with the free hand at the bottom of the movement.

Form tips

  1. Twist the torso slightly to reach the ground without rounding the spine.
