Technique

  1. Start in a Seiza position.
  2. Place one hand (or fingertips) behind you, close to your foot.
  3. Open your body to that side, pushing your hips forward, and arching back, aiming to push your free hand as far back as possible.
  4. Smoothly return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
