Technique

  1. From downward facing dog, walk the feet to the outside of the right arm.
  2. Bring the left leg to the right arm.
  3. Bend the arms and lean forward to take the feet off the floor.
  4. Push onto the hands and look up.
  5. Lower the feet to the floor to exit.
  6. Repeat on the left side

Form tips

  1. When entering the pose, keep the knees to the chest and the legs together.
