Technique
- From downward facing dog, walk the feet to the outside of the right arm.
- Bring the left leg to the right arm.
- Bend the arms and lean forward to take the feet off the floor.
- Push onto the hands and look up.
- Lower the feet to the floor to exit.
- Repeat on the left side
Form tips
- When entering the pose, keep the knees to the chest and the legs together.
