Technique
- Get into a Half squat position, with your feet flat on the ground, your thighs parallel to the ground, and your back flat.
- Then lift your heels off the ground to get on the balls of your feet, but without extending the knees or hips.
- Pause at the top, the come back slowly to the starting position.
