Technique

  1. Get into a Half squat position, with your feet flat on the ground, your thighs parallel to the ground, and your back flat.
  2. Then lift your heels off the ground to get on the balls of your feet, but without extending the knees or hips.
  3. Pause at the top, the come back slowly to the starting position.
