Technique

  1. Step over a Long resistance band with both feet, placed hip width apart.
  2. Stretch the band over your head with your hands, keeping the arms extended, forming a straight line from hands to feet.
  3. Squat down while keeping the arms extended over your head

Form tips

  1. Ensure you have a good Shoulder flexion backward strength to keep the band as vertical as possible
