Update Routine

When this option is enabled, the changes you make to the program structure during the Session will be reflected on the Routine Program when you finish the Session. Example of changes:

• Adding or removing an exercise;
• Editing the exercise parameters;
• Reordering exercises;
• Editing supersets.
