Training Plans
Training plans group several Routines together and assign them a schedule template.
They can be used for creating Split programs (ex: push/pull/leg, upper/lower) or grouping Routines in way where they complement each other for your needs (ex: alternating between strength, cardio and flexibility/recovery days for healthy development).
Those act as training cycles and make it easy to schedule all the Routines at once.
When you complete a cycle, you can take a deload/recovery week and then start a new training plan to focus on different goals, keep things fresh, and widen your scope of physical abilities over time.'
