Skill trees
Every exercise in the library sits in a skill tree that links it to the easier exercises leading up to it and the harder ones it leads to. Trees are laid out in difficulty bands, from Beginner to Herculean, so you can see where you stand and what comes next.
Reading a tree
- A line leads from an easier exercise to a harder one that builds on it.
- A squiggly line joins two variations of the same exercise.
- Lines change color once you have done the exercise they start from, and again once you have mastered it.
- Tap an exercise to center the tree on it, and tap it again to open its datasheet.

Where to find them
- An exercise's datasheet opens its tree: what leads to it and where it leads.
- An objective, like the handstand or the front lever, shows the whole tree that leads to it.
- In the exercise search, switch the results to the tree view.
- Muscle, joint and equipment pages show the trees of the exercises that use them.
Finding your next step
When an exercise gets easy, look one step further along its tree for your next challenge. If you can't do it yet with good form, step back to the exercise before it and build up from there.
