How Kal uses your data

Kal is powered by Gemini, an AI model from Google. To build your session, Kal sends your chat messages to Gemini so it can generate suggestions.

When you share your training data

If you turn on "Share your training data", your experience levels, recent workouts, routines, training plans and equipment are also sent to Gemini so Kal's suggestions fit what you actually do. Sharing is optional. Kal still works without it, just with less tailored results.

Who can see it

Your data is used only to power Kal. Gemini processes it to answer your request and does not retain it to train its models. Calistree never sells your data or shares it with advertisers or other companies.

Staying in control

Sharing stays off until you turn it on, and you can chat with Kal at any time without sharing your training history.
