Flow sagittal symmetry

The sagittal symmetry of a Flow (official or custom) depends on the exercises that make it up and how they are arranged.

• By default, a flow is Bilateral.
• If all the units that use one side appear twice in the flow, then both sides are worked and the flow is Alternate sides.
• If at least one unit that uses one side only appears once, then the flow is Unilateral.
• If at least one exercise is Alternate sides, then so is the flow.
• If every exercise selected is of type Circles, then the flow is as well.
• If all the flow units use only the concentric or only the eccentric part of the movement, then the flow is of type Circles.
