Technique

  1. Start in a Plank position, with your shoulders above your wrists.
  2. Bend at the elbows to bring your forearms towards the ground until you almost touch the ground with your elbows.
  3. Then push yourself back up to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Move both forearms at the same time.
