Technique

  1. Rotate the kettlebell smoothly into the rack position to prevent it from slamming against your forearm.
  2. Keep your heels planted and knees tracking over your toes during the squat.
  3. Avoid overextending your lower back at the top of the press—engage your glutes and core for stability.
  4. Control the descent of the kettlebell at every phase of the movement.
