Technique
- Rotate the kettlebell smoothly into the rack position to prevent it from slamming against your forearm.
- Keep your heels planted and knees tracking over your toes during the squat.
- Avoid overextending your lower back at the top of the press—engage your glutes and core for stability.
- Control the descent of the kettlebell at every phase of the movement.
