Technique
- Begin standing with a Barbell or small weights held overhead, arms fully extended.
- Step forward into a lunge while keeping the weight held overhead.
- Lower your body until both knees are at a 90-degree angle, then push back up to the starting position.
- Return the front foot to meet the back foot and repeat the lunge on the opposite side.
Form tips
- Maintain an upright torso throughout the movement.
- Ensure your front knee is aligned with your toes when stepping forward.
