Technique

  1. Start in a Plank position, with your palms on the floor shoulder-width apart, directly below your shoulders.
  2. Slowly lower yourself bending at the elbows until your elbows form a right angle.
  3. Pause and then smoothly raise yourself back to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Make sure your body is not "sagging": keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
