Technique

  1. Stand on one leg.
  2. Cross the other leg behind the support leg diagonally.
  3. Perform a Shrimp squat by lowering until the back knee lightly touches the ground.
  4. Push back up to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep the standing knee aligned with the toes and avoid caving inward.
