Technique

  1. Sit on the ground with the legs straight in front of you.
  2. Bend your left leg to place the foot in front of your buttocks and the knee on the ground.
  3. Bend the right leg and cross it in front of your body.
  4. Twist your torso to the right.
  5. Wrap your left arm around the right thigh, going under the leg and towards your left hip with your hand.
  6. Wrap your right arm behind your hand and attempt to claps both hands together behind your back.
