Technique
- Sit on the ground with the legs straight in front of you.
- Bend your left leg to place the foot in front of your buttocks and the knee on the ground.
- Bend the right leg and cross it in front of your body.
- Twist your torso to the right.
- Wrap your left arm around the right thigh, going under the leg and towards your left hip with your hand.
- Wrap your right arm behind your hand and attempt to claps both hands together behind your back.
